WIP Wednesday: more snow! and challenges...

Well, the snowball block saga continues.

I'm almost done piecing the top of a queen sized, 12.5" snowball block quilt (commissioned piece).

6 columns, 7 rows, 42 blocks, 672 little grey squares....

 4 rows stacked, in order, top to bottom...
I managed to finish the piecing on each of the 7 rows, and I'm getting ready to sash the rows together...
rows, stacked and labeled...
I hope to have the top and back pieced by the end of the month and off to the long armer!

In other news, I've been working on the Madrona Road Challenge quilt for Quiltcon entry...deadline is the 31st of this month, and I'm expecting to finish (as long as something unforeseen doesn't happen...knock on wood...)
