The Great Brick Swap - American Made Brand Solids
June 2014
a fabric swap solely dedicated to the American Made Brand Solids line, a company who celebrates the "farm to fabric" movement - the entire creation process is based here in the USA (picking, spinning, dying, distributing, all here in the States!) Each participant was responsible for purchasing 1 yard of 2 assigned colors from the line, and for cutting them into "bricks" - fat charm squares, if you will - measuring 5" x 10". The swap's page can be found {here}.

The Tilted Quilt meet My Machine Linky Partymeet: My Machine! Blog Hop
March 17-22, 2013
A machine meet n' greet hop & linky party hosted by myself and
Stacey @ The Tilted Quilt
Our goal for this hop was to have participants of all sewing and quilting abilities tell us more about their machines - to educate us, if you will, - to help those who know very little about the other brands out there and the machine's capabilities.
If you're looking to buy your next machine and don't know where to start - this is the place!
