Ultimate Source List for Mid Century Sputnik and Starburst Style Ceiling Lights
1:39:00 PMIf you're a regular reader of this blog, you know that I'm a lover of mid-century style. Today's moodboard post is in line with that love.
Our house is a 1959 split-level in a suburb of Chicago; a lot of the vintage 50s character had been stripped from the place, and my mission has been to rehab the horrible 90s renovations very gradually over the years.

Recently I swapped out some ugly, not-so-energy-efficient 90s track lighting on our upstairs landing with a 12-light antique brass Sputnik style light (affiliate link) and here are the warm Edison-style LED bulbs I used in it. Now, it looks amazing (and throws a heck of a lot more light)

I did a lot of research into the best price and selection of lights before I made my purchase, and I thought I'd create a moodboard and share said research with my readers!
So! Here we go - note I have included affiliate links (at no additional cost to you) to Amazon below the moodboard image (corresponding numbers are linked below the graphic). Affiliate income helps to keep this blog afloat and bring you free DiY and quilty tutorials - here is my DISCLOSURES and POLICIES page. The links are for your on-the-couch shopping, pajammy wearing pleasure. Thanks for looking and researching with me!
